How to Request Account Deletion
Send us an email with the following information:
- Send to: support@soulfirst.io
- Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include your registered email address or phone number
- Optional: Brief reason for deletion (helps us improve)
⚠️ Important Notice
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please ensure you want to permanently delete your Soul First account before proceeding.
What Will Be Deleted
When you delete your account, we will permanently remove all of your data from Soulfirst:
- Your profile and personal information
- All photos and verification images
- Chat conversations and messages
- Match history and connections
- Lounge preferences and activity
- All app usage data and analytics
- Payment history and subscription details
Data Protection Rights
This deletion process complies with:
- General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
- California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
- Other applicable data protection laws
Data Retention Period
30 Days Maximum
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of receiving your deletion request.
Some anonymized analytics data may be retained for up to 90 days for legal compliance and safety purposes, but this data cannot be linked back to your identity.
