- Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use SoulFirst. Verification may be required.
- Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and all activity under your account.
- User Conduct
Users must not: harass others, share illegal content, impersonate others, or attempt to bypass safety features.
Violation may lead to suspension or permanent removal.
- Safety & Moderation
We may review and remove content that violates our guidelines or poses safety risks.
- Payments & Subscriptions
Paid features (Premium, tokens, boosts) are processed through approved payment providers.
All purchases are final unless required by law.
- Intellectual Property
SoulFirst owns all platform content, branding and technology. Users retain rights to their own content.
- Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or safety risks.
- Disclaimers
SoulFirst is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee matches, outcomes, or uninterrupted service.
- Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoulFirst is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
- Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
